WE ARE FULLY OPEN FOR ALL SERVICES
PHYSIOTHERAPY
We continue to follow guidelines and update our practice as guidelines change.
The Government in England has now removed the requirement for face masks in healthcare settings.
We are continuing to use health screening prior to your appointment. We are also continuing to carry out regular enhanced cleaning.
If you are vulnerable and would prefer for face masks to be worn during your appointment please let us know.
We are also still able to offer virtual appointments if you prefer.
MASSAGE
We are continuing to carry out health screening and regular enhanced cleaning. Masks are no longer a requirement. If you are vulnerable and would prefer masks to be worn during your appointment please let us know
PILATES and FOREVER FIT
We are now able to offer both LIVE FACE TO FACE classes and LIVE STREAMED classes (via Zoom). Classes are available Monday - Saturday. If you would like to book into one of these classes or for up to date class times please get in touch
OPENING HOURS
Our current opening hours are
Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 8.00pm
Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm
Saturday 9am - 1.30pm
